We have a restricted capacity for each training program, therefore, advance reservations are necessary.
An initial payment is required to confirm your reservation in the program. This deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit will be subtracted from the overall course fee, and the remaining balance is to be settled on the commencement day of the training program. There will be no reimbursement of the course fee once classes have commenced.
Cancellation of the course is strictly prohibited following course confirmation and the payment of the advance deposit. However, course postponement is permissible under valid circumstances, subject to seat availability in the desired month
Room booking deposits are non-refundable due to the high demand for seaside accommodations. Cancellations due to emergencies are subject to review and are at the sole discretion of the management. Any potential partial refund will be determined by the management after all applicable taxes and service charges have been deducted.
To reschedule a training session, students must notify Lords Ayurveda at least 30 Days prior to the respective course’s start date. Failure to do so will result in a 40% fee of the total course fee.
