  • Milk boiled with garlic and moringa leaves. Have 1 glass daily before going to bed.
  • Boiled fenugreek water, have daily.

  • Mix barley powder in tender coconut water and keep for 15mnt to settle down and then have it
  • Apply fresh gooseberry paste at lower abdomen.
  • Boiled coriander seed water.

  • Drink gooseberry juice mixed with 1 teaspoon turmeric powder daily.

  • Have cumin seed, dry ginger boiled water.
  • Crush garlic and have it after boiling it in milk.
  • Make lemon and ginger juice mix and mix cardomum powder and sugar in it and have it.

  • Have papaya, ripe banana, apple.
  • 1 teaspoon of castor oil with milk gives a laxative effect.

  • Neem, turmeric paste apply on effected area.
  • Fry pepper with coconut oil and apply ,helps to reduce itching
  • Apply olive oil for dryness, scaling off.

  • Soak 10 black raisins in 1 cup of water and have it morning along with water.
  • Have Neem leaves powder + Ghee mix, in a gooseberry size form.
